The agency model got tired.
We rebuilt it — small, sharp, and awake.

OICI was born from a quiet squeeze. The brands we admired most weren't being built inside the agencies collecting the awards — they were being built in small rooms, by senior people who refused to hand off the thinking or the taste.

Five years later we became those rooms. Riyadh at the core, with collaborators reading signals from Paris, Milan, Dubai, London, and New York. One studio. One standard. No layers between the thinking and the making.
